Sometimes, units break. Fortunately, we have the expertise to fix them. Our APC-trained technicians expertly perform over thirty “checks” and reconfigurations to recertify units to APC specifications and add years to their lives. As the only company that has access to APC’s Engineering Change Orders, units leaving our shop often work better than the original.

Advanced-Exchange Option
With our advanced-exchange option, we quickly deploy a recertified APC unit to replace a failed unit in the field. The failed unit will then be placed in the box the recertified unit came in and returned to CoastTec. This is our quickest and most economical option. Repair and Return Option
With our repair and return option, packing materials and shipping labels are deployed directly to your site to retrieve a unit in need of repair. Once the unit hits our dock, we’ll completely recondition the unit, including the installment of new APC batteries, complete recalibration of the unit, and execution of any applicable ECO’s, if needed.
