Eco-Friendly Options for Servicing Aging UPS Fleets

Last year alone, we kept thousand of units out of landfills, and saved our customers thousands of dollars. Taking advantage of one of our options will keep your data protected while saving your budget and the environment.

Advanced-Exchange Option

With our advanced-exchange option, we quickly deploy a recertified APC unit to replace a failed unit in the field. The failed unit will then be placed in the box the recertified unit came in and returned to CoastTec.  This is our quickest and most economical option.  Often, we’re able to deploy a unit same day, provided we have it in our inventory.

Repair and Return Option

With our repair and return option, packing materials and shipping labels are deployed directly to your site to retrieve a unit in need of repair.  Once the unit hits our dock, we’ll completely recondition the unit, including the installment of new batteries, complete recalibration, and perform applicable ECO’s, if needed.  Once the unit is completely recertified, we’ll send it back to you.
